The aim of the study is the research of the properfunction for the conservation of the building and accomplishment of it to thefuture generations by analysing the existing condition and the restorationpossibilities. In the scope of the thesis, Sinop and the nearby environment of the`mansion?, as well as today?s condition of it, is examined and the originalcondition is investigated by the comparative study and historical analysis.
