Abstract (EN)
Nitriles are building block that plays important roles in organic synthesis. It can be synthesed lots of different compound starting from nitriles. Nitriles are used in textile, pharmacy, dye and rubber industries. Traditional synthesis of nitriles are nucleophilic substitutions between inorganic cyanide and arylhalides, reactions of diazonium salts with cyanide, oxidation of amines and dehydration of aldoxime and amides. In this work, aromatic, heteroaromatic and aliphatic nitriles are synthesed starting from aldoxime in good yields with short reaction times at room temperature.
