Abstract (EN)

Histological Examination Of Gills Of Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) Exposed To OxytetracyclineIn this study at total of 75 rainbow trout were used. One control and four expermantal group were designed. Clinical and histopathologycal observation were made on gills in expermantal group on which oxytetracycline were applied at diffrent dose and times.Clinically, less motility, abnormal swiming, pale colour, pale in gills and deformation on flaments in expermantal groups.Histopathological, hypertrophy on lamella at the beginning and hyperplasia were observed at higer concentrations. Separation and edema were determined on primary lamella. Pathologycal effects were also increased by increasing dose and time.Key Words: Oxytetracycline, Gill, Histopatology, Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchusmykiss)
