Expressions incompatible with the general aims of national education in Turkish children's literature text in the context of the concept of school

School, in a nutshell, is an educational environment. This education does not take place only with academic concerns. The school, in a sense, builds the society; They are institutions that determine the characteristic features of citizens, their personality structures, and determine the economic and technical position of countries. At the same time, schools are places where the foundation of social relations is laid and the transfer of values that embrace the past and future of nations takes place. From this point of view, the point of view of citizens and students towards the school is very important. The way children's literature writers deal with school in their works is very important. The fact that the authors present a narrative in their works that is compatible with the perception of school in the Basic Law of National Education will undoubtedly positively affect the perception of school in the society. In the opposite case, students may be faced with the possibility of some problems in their point of view towards the school. Considering the features of mirroring social life, it is natural for literary texts to be affected by the environment and social phenomena in which they exist. From this point of view, it is possible to think that there are sociological reflections of the point of view towards school in children's literature, or that the negative situations in school in the works have a reality in social life. In this study, the school perception in Turkish children's literature was investigated. In the research, document review method, which is one of the qualitative methods, and easily accessible case sampling together with the criterion sampling model were used when determining the sample. In the analysis of the data, the descriptive analysis method was used.
