The relationship between school principals' servant leadership behaviors and perceived organizational support

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between school principals' servant leadership behaviors and perceived organizational support according to the perceptions of teachers working in public anatolion high schools. In this research, the relational survey model, one of the survey model, was used. The population of the research consists of 2052 teachers working in 45 public anatolian high schools (excluding vocational technical high schools) in the central districts of Diyarbakır province. during the 2021-2022 academic year. The sample consists of 290 teachers working in 20 public anatolian high schools from this population. In the study, data were collected using the Servant School Leadership Scale and the Perceived Organizational Support Scale. A significant and positive relationship was found between school principals' servant leadership behaviors and teachers' perceptions of organizational support. According to teachers' perceptions, school principals' servant leadership behaviors are a significant and positively predictive factor for perceived organizational support scores.
