Abstract (EN)
This research was conducted to analysis the relationship between school happiness and teachers' organizational trust. The participants of the research consists of 1802 teachers working in public primary, secondary and high schools in Giresun city center in the 2021-2022 academic year. The number of data collected for the research is 363. In the research, as a data collection tool; "Personal Information Form", "School Happiness Scale" and "Intra-Organization Trust Scale" were used. For data analysis, statistical analyzes were used. Findings of the research were obtained by applying "independent t-test", "ANOVA analysis - Tukey HSD test", "Correlation analysis" and "Regression analysis" to the data. Quantitative method was used in the research; The relational screening model was used. In the light of the findings, it was determined that there was a positive high-level relationship between school happiness and teachers' organizational trust, and it was also concluded that school happiness was a positive predictor of teachers' organizational trust.
