The sample of the research consists of 237 children and 328 parents residing in Çankırı. The research data were collected through the "Family-Child Information Form", the "Game Participation Scale" and the "Denver II Developmental Screening Test". As a result of the research, the child's birth order with the participation of mothers in their children's games, the mother's age, the mother's educational status, the mother's daily playing time with the child, the mother's thinking that the game contributes to the child's development, the mother's designing an original game with her child and the family's income level, the number of children owned by fathers with the participation of their children in games, the child's birth order, the father's age and the father's daily playing time with the child, the children's development levels and the age of the parents, the educational status of the parents, the mother's working status Decouple between the participation of mothers in their children's games, Decouple between the father's age and the daily playing time with the father's child, it has been found that there is a significant difference between the mother's opinion that the game contributes to the child's development, the mother's original game design with her child, and the family's income Deciency.
