Özet (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of the inclusion of pre-school education into compulsory education on the organizational dimensions of school on the basis of the opinions of principals working at nursery and day care centers. The participating group of the research, conducted in accordance with case study design, which is among the qualitative research methods, consists of six school principals working at nursery and day care centers affiliated to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services in Gaziantep and Adana in the academic year of 2018-2019 and determined through snowball sampling. A semi-structured interview form was used as the instrument of the study. The findings indicate that nursery and day care centers have divergent problems as unique organizations in terms of the sub-dimensions of purpose, structure, process and culture in the process of the inclusion of pre-school education into compulsory education.
