The aim of this study is to determine whether the relationship between the classroom management skills and the quality of job life of pre-school teachers is significant. In this research, type of comparison relational survey model is used as the research method. The sample of this study includes 500 pre-school teachers working in the city center and districts of Sakarya, In the research, 'the scale of work life quality' and 'the scale of classroom management skill level' are used as data collection ways. Findings obtained in this study are as follows: 1.There is positive relationship between the classroom management skills and the levels of work life quality of pre-school teachers. 2.There isn't any significant difference in terms of gender, marital status, age, perceived income level, educational level, years of professional seniority, number of students in the classroom, in-service training and choosing teaching profession in the classroom management skill levels of pre-school teachers. 3.There is a significant difference in the classroom management skill levels of preschool teachers in terms of the title of the staff, the location of the school and the type of school. Accordingly, contracted teachers perceive their classroom management skills higher than the staffed and paid teachers. Teachers working in the city center perceive their classroom management skills higher than the teachers working in the district and other settlements. Teachers working in private schools perceive classroom management skills higher than teachers working in public schools. 4.There isn't any significant difference in terms of gender, marital status, age, educational level, years of professional seniority, staff title, number of students in the classroom, in-service training, the location of school and type of school in the quality of work life skill levels of pre-school teachers. 5.There is a significant difference in terms of the level of perceived income and the reason for choosing the teaching profession in preschool teachers' job quality of life. According to this, The level of work quality of the teachers, who define their income level as high, is higher than the teachers defining their income level is lower. The level of work life quality of the teachers, who choose teaching profession for their love is higher than the other teachers.
