The research about the life qualities and the job satisfaction of the pre-school education teachers from the standpoint of some factors (the Bolu sample)

The aim of this research is to observe the life qualities and the job satisfaction of the pre-school education teachers from the standpoint of some factors.This research models a descriptive scanning to output a situation which already exists. The team of this research consists of 121 pre-school education teachers who work at the seperated kindergartens from the primary schools and the teachers who work at the kindergartens which are not separeted from the primary schools in the province of Bolu.Minnesota Job saticfaction Criteria-Whoqol Bref and Personal Information form which was developed by the teacher of this research were used to get the data of the research.All the data were gathered by the Criteria which were practiced on the pre-school education teachers and they were analyzed by SPSS-15 packet programme. The frequency and the percentage of the data which give the demografic aspects gathered by the Personal Informatıon Form were checked. Paired samples T-Test and ANOVA were used to analyzed the job satisfaction and the life qualities of the pre-school education teachers from the standpoint of their age-how long they work - The school type where they work - how many students and to what age they teach. All these aspects were checked and analyzed to show the differences between them.Simple / Bivariate Correlation: Pearson Correlation Coefficient was used to observe how the pysical-spiritual-environmental and social fields affect job satisfaction and the life qualities of the pre-school education teachers.At the end of the research it was observed that all the factors mentioned above (their age - how long they work - The school type where they work - how many students and to what age they teach) have no effect on the job saticfaction of the pre-school education teachers. It was also observed that only the pysical field has an effect on the teachers. Social - spiritual fields have a little positive effect while the environmental field has a medium effect on them.Key words: Pre-school education teacher - Life quality - Job satisfaction
