Abstract (EN)
This study aimed to examine the problem-solving skills and colleague relationships of public personnel working in the field of school sports in 81 provinces of Turkey. School sports personnel working in 81 provinces in the 2023-2024 academic year participated in the study. The data collection process started after obtaining the necessary permissions from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ethics Committee. In the first part, the participants were given a Personal Information Form prepared by the researcher, and in the second part, the "Interpersonal Problem Solving Inventory (CPSI)" developed by Çam and Tümkaya (2007) was evaluated with negative approach to the problem, constructive problem solving, lack of self-confidence, lack of responsibility and insistent-persistent approach. In the third part, the "Colleague Relations Perception Scale", developed by Oranje (2001) and adapted into Turkish by Özgün (2005), was used to determine the awareness level of the participants about their perceived colleague relations. When the data obtained was analyzed, no significant difference was found in colleague relations, problem-solving skills and sub-dimensions according to the demographic characteristics of public personnel working in the field of school sports. There is a positive pattern between collegial problem solving and the Problem Solving Inventory sub-dimensions Constructive Problem Solving and Persistent Persistent Approach.
