Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to determine the Professional fatigue level of physical education teachers based on the perception of teachers of the ethical leadership role of school administrators and the level of relation ship between these to variables. At the same time it is aimed to test whether the Professional fatigue level of physical education teachers varies according to the ethical leadership role portrayed by the school administrators. The population used for this research which has been carried out in the form of a questionnaire, consisted of physical education teachers for 2014-2015 education year who worked for secondary schools attached to city of Gaziantep, Şahinbey and Şehitkamil districts Natioanal Education Department. Research universe of the consisted 1144 female and 1288 male teachers to talling 2432. The sample were 262 teachers in sahinbey and 181 teachers from the sehitkamil districts to talling 443. Ethical leadership was used in order to determine the ethical leaderships level of school administrators and "Professional Fatigue Inventory" was used in order to determine the Professional fatigue level of physical Education Teachers who worked in secondary schools.
