Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between school administrators' IT leadership and self-efficacy perceptions. In the study, the "relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods" was used to examine the relationship between school administrators' IT leadership and self-efficacy perceptions. The universe of this study consists of school administrators working in primary, secondary and high schools in Manisa province. The sample of the study is 352 school administrators who were reached using easily accessible case sampling, one of the purposeful sampling methods. "IT Leadership Scale" and "Self-efficacy Perception Scale" were used as data collection tools in the study. In the study, where SPSS 25.0 program was used to analyze the data, Pearson Correlation analysis was performed to reveal the relationship between school administrators' IT leadership and self-efficacy perceptions. In addition, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Independent Groups t-Test were applied to determine whether the IT leadership and self-efficacy perceptions of school administrators differed according to various variables. According to the findings obtained in the research, school administrators' IT leadership and self-efficacy perception levels are high. It was determined that there was a moderately positive and significant relationship between the IT leadership and self efficacy perceptions of school administrators.
