Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to examine the perspection of individual innovation, sense of responsibility and management anxiety among school administrators. The study consists of 80 principals workingin schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Rize province, 17 chief assistants and 150 schooladmimistrators who are 53 asistant asistants. Individual Innovation Scale; Sense of responsibility and behavior scale, Executive Anxiety scale and Demograpic ınformation Form were used. SPSS 24 statistical program was used in the analysis of the data and this research was carried out with quantitative research method. As a result of the research, it was determined that there is a positive relationship between total individual perceptions and responsible and responsible behaviors of the school administrators participating in the research.
