Examination of education in the context of chaos theory and accountability pinciple in the coronavirus pandemic process according to the opinions of school principals

As in the whole world, with the first case of Covid-19 pandemic in our country, many areas of social life have been seriously affected by this chaotic process. One of these areas and systems has been education. The purpose of this research is to examine the processes experienced in school organizations during the Covid-19 pandemic process in the context of chaos theory and to reveal the chaos and the results of chaos in the sub-dimensions of the principle of accountability. The study is a study in qualitative research model and phenomenology design, and within the framework of this study, interviews were conducted with 16 school administrators working at primary, secondary and high school levels in the central district of Erzincan province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The data collected with the semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique.
