Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between school administrators' servant leadership style and teachers' quality of work life. The research was conducted using a relational screening model with data collected from teachers working in various institutions in Hatay province. The Servant Leadership Scale and the Work Life Quality Scale were used as data collection tools. Findings revealed a strong and significant positive relationship between servant leadership and teachers' quality of work life. Sub-dimensions such as altruistic behavior, empathy, justice, honesty, and humility were identified as significant predictors of work life quality. Among these, altruistic behavior had the highest predictive power. Furthermore, no significant differences were found in teachers' perceptions of leadership or quality of work life based on gender, seniority, marital status, educational background, or institutional setting. These results emphasize the importance of adopting a human-centered leadership approach in educational settings. Developing servant leadership competencies among school administrators can contribute significantly to improving both the professional satisfaction and overall well-being of teachers, thereby enhancing organizational effectiveness in schools.
