Abstract (EN)
This research is a descriptive study aiming to reveal the impact of school administrators' quantum leadership behaviors on their accountability levels based on teacher perceptions. The study was conducted using a relational survey model and quantitative research methods. Two instruments were used to collect data: the "Quantum Leadership Scale" and the "Accountability Behavior Scale of School Administrators". The structure of both scales has been theoretically tested and their validity has been established. Additionally, multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the impact of school administrators' quantum leadership behaviors on accountability levels, treating accountability level as the dependent variable. The findings of the study revealed a high level of positive correlation between quantum leadership and accountability. Moreover, quantum leadership accounts for 72% of accountability. The study is believed to contribute to the literature by demonstrating the effects of school administrators capable of exhibiting quantum leadership skills in chaotic and uncertain situations, which are significant requirements of the knowledge society in today's rapidly evolving world.
