Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to determine the role of multidimensional perfectionism in explaining school administrators' perceptions of organizational forgiveness. The relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the research. The research group consisted of public kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and high school school administrators working in Rize and Trabzon provinces and districts during the 2022- 2023 academic year. In this research, Demographic Information Form, Organizational Forgiveness Scale and Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale were applied to school principals. Mean, standard deviation, frequency, correlation, simple regression, t test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. It was determined that the organizational forgiveness levels of school administrators showed statistically significant differences according to age, gender, marital status, professional seniority and school type variables. It was found that there was a significant negative relationship between school administrators' perceptions of organizational forgiveness and their perfectionism levels. According to the analysis, a point has been reached where multidimensional perfectionism significantly predicts the perception of donation.
