In the analysis of levels of problem solving and burnout, Pearson Moments Correlation Coefficient was used. In the analysis of problem solving and burnout levels by various variables by branch, type of institution and number of students, for the two sided variables, t- test was applied, for the two sided variables (sex) and without normal distribution, Mann Whitney U test was used. The variables (Age, levels of education, administrative seniority, vocational seniority, number of personnel ) with two or more than categorries without normal distribution, the significance of difference among the varriables was found by Kruskall Wallis H test and in order to find the source of the difference between the groups, Mann Whitney U test were used. In the research, the following results were obtained: Problem solving skills of the administrators were at intermediate level with impatient attitude, thinking, avoidance, evaluative, self confident and planned attitudes were found at high level. The administrators felt emotional, insensivity and personal unsuccessfulness sub-varriable burnout at the low level. While there was a positive relation between the evaluative attitude and emotional burnout, there wasn?t a significant relation among the sub-variables of problem solving. While there was a significant relation among the variables, thinking attitude, self confident attitude and planned attitude and insensivity, there wasn?t a significant relation between avoidant attitude and insensitive attitude. There was a significant relation among all of the sub-variables of problem solving and personal unsuccessfulness. While there wasn?t a significant difference related to the problem solving skills of the administrators by sex, level of education, administrative seniority, branch, type of instituation variables, there was a significant difference by age, vocational seniority, number of students and personnel. While there was a significant difference related to the burnout levels of the administrators by number of students and personnel, there wasn?t a significant difference by age, sex, level of education, vocational seniority, administrative seniority, branch and type of institution. According to these results, it was suggested to organize in-service training courses for the administrators in burnout syndrome and problem solving techniques.
