Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to reveal the relation between teachers' perception of empowerment level of school adminiatrators and work engagement attitudes of teachers. In 2020-2021 education and training year, the teachers who work in primary state schools,secondary state schools,secondary imam hatip schools in Rize and its districts form the target population of the research in the rational scanning model. In the research, by the means of simple random sampling method, the sample was formed and the research group included 417 teachers. "School takeholders empowerment level scale" adapted to turkish item by item and reorganized by Gavuz(2008), "Work engagement scale" adapted to turkish by Kose (2015), "Personal and vocational information form" prepared by the researcher were used in order to get the research data. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between dimension of empowerment and dimension of work engagement. The regression analysis explained 40 percent of the variance the empowerment's attitude to working and 24 percent of the variance the continuation of working has.
