Abstract (EN)

Reaching for the essential aim of primary schools relies on the good communicational skills of school administration and teachers. For a healthy relation administration and the teachers must establish a system in monitorising and establishing a more creative education pattern. This research was carried out with 300 teachers and 100 administrative staff randomly selected at Osmangazi district of Bursa Province, Turkey, in the academic year 2012-2013. In order to having reflected the real, im-manipulated, thoughts of the participants, no credentials were used. Incomplete and incorrect surveys are excluded. Research data was analysed with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program. Administrators and teachers in primary schools by gender differences in analysis of variance and Scheffe's t-test analysis of variance was used which significantly. As a result it has been informed that there was a lack of guidance of the administrative staff in regards of the teachers. Teachers are required to come to class prepared using new education activities required. In addition, male teachers seem to be more focused and reliable in solution making decisions compared to female teachers. It is observed that communicationl skills between administrators and teachers should be established. Key Words: Primary school, teacher, administration, problems Mart 2013 Yasemin ÇATAL
