Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational conflict and organizational change and to examine whether perceived organizational conflict and organizational change in schools show a significant difference according to the variables of gender, age, education level, teaching branch, professional seniority, length of service at the school where the task is performed, and school type. The model of the study is a correlational research model. The research was conducted using a correlational research model. The population of the research consists of 2304 teachers working in the central district of Amasya province, and the sample of the research consists of 300 teachers. The data collection tools used are the "Teachers' Attitudes Towards Organizational Change and the "Organizational Conflict Inventory-II" developed by Rahim and adapted into Turkish by Gümüşeli (1994) were used as data collection tools. The data collected through the scales were transferred to a computer using Excel format and analyzed by recording them in the SPSS package program. Based on the findings obtained from the data, it was concluded that perceptions of organizational conflict and organizational change were positive. It was observed that organizational conflict and organizational change did not show a significant difference according to demographic variables, except for the seniority variable. Regarding the seniority variable of organizational change, it was concluded that teachers with 21 years or more of seniority differed significantly in terms of implementation. A positive and statistically significant relationship of low intensity was found between perceptions of organizational conflict and attitudes toward organizational change.
