Abstract (EN)

Mobbing actions are handled in this thesis. Mobbing is a set of systematic emotional attack and attrition actions that targets certain persons in the workplace. It is a malicious attempt to force the person to get out of the workplace through unjust accusation, implication, allusion, harming the prestige with ill-founded rumours, humiliation, harassment, emotional abuse and violence. These attempts can be direct or indirect and implicit or explicit. Institutions often ignore, blink or promote these behaviours becoming more and more violent day by day.Educational institutions have strategic importance since they are institutions in which our children, our guarantee fort he future are brought up. Educational quality in these educational institutions is possible only if there are staff member who love their Works and whose organizational liabilities are strong. Detecting the person causing problems among the staff and investigating the effects of mobbing wearing down the organization at schools have vital importance for the future of the educational organization.The purpose of our research is analysis of mobbing behaviours whith which are faced in relation between manager and teacher in educational institutions. In our research, literature review ? survey methods are used. Population is the teachers of primary education schools in Kağıthane District of Istanbul Province. 184 people chosen from these teachers randomly are set research?s sample.Majority of teachers who take part in the research are women according to their genders, married according to their marital status, 21-30 aged according to their ages, bachelor of faculty of education according to school from which is graduated, teachers working between 5-10 years according to their seniority periods and ones between 1-5 years according to their service period in the current school.According to answers given to terms in life quality and occupational status scale used as a part of survey, it?s determined that single teachers have more problems with managers in the field of life quality and occupational status as a result of analysis of teachers? gender, age, graduation status, occupational seniority and service period in the school. There is no significant difference between groups when answers teachers give classified according to other points.
