School manager, teachers and student opinions on the development of social justice in schools

Social justice is called as justice or equality in the criteria of wealth, opportunity, power and privilege in society. Social justice in education is the education of everyone according to their ability and needs. The basis of the quest for social justice in education is the equality of resources and opportunities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitudes of administrators, teachers and students towards social justice in schools and to determine what can be done in order to improve social justice and to show what can be done to improve social justice. it is important to be a demonstrator. The research was carried out by qualitative research design using case study method. The aim of this study was to find the easy-to-use sample of the sampling methods. A total of 30 individuals, 10 administrators, 10 teachers and 10 students, were recruited from the central districts of Şahinbey and Şehitkâmil districts. The research findings were coded in line with the theme and research sub-problems chosen based on the thematic framework. The data were then analyzed by content analysis. Depending on the question of what is being done in order to improve social justice in schools, the findings of 'fair behavior, positive discrimination, disadvantageous groups, financial support, cooperation and equal opportunities, have been reached. "What can be done to improve social justice in schools? First of all, top level managers and school administrators should be fairer, positive discrimination should be more clear, students and teachers should be provided with equal opportunities in equal terms, no cultural, gender or socioeconomic distinction should be made between students and social justice should be provided to students to make new generations more fair.
