Abstract (EN)
In our daily/casual life we face ,in scientific research the state which exact determiantion isn't provided in thr solution or practical problems. It isn't enough to control the events series or to benefit from nature to only detect the concept of coincidence in the events of nature that we face. The learning of methods of detecting in advanse of such events and the methods of detecting in advance of such event and the methods of the amount of the events is current. This is necessary fort he solutsons of the problems and examination methods are done in two branches of mathematic, the possibility hteary and mathematical statistic. In this paper/thesis.It is handled and leanit that possibility theary, the main elements of mathematic statistic and its principles and it is examined in a lot of examples. In this paper/thesis it is given that the proof of important mathematical statistic teorems and possibility theoryy and these main features are examined with examples.
