Olcas Süleymanov (hayati-edebi kişiliği-diplomasisi)

Olcas Suleimanov is a personality who has made important contributions to Kazakhstan in the field of literature and politics and has achieved great success. At the same time, he left a mark on a period with his language studies and determinations and regained the national consciousness to his country. In this study, it have been aimed to examine himself in every aspect. In the first part of the study, Kazakh literature has been studied. In the second section, three of Olcas Suleimanov's works that he has written on his life and linguistics have been analyzed. In the third section, his literary personality has been examined, his poem named "Bend over Human Beings, Earth!" has been translated from Russian to Turkish. The poem in question have been analyzed thematically. His another thirteen poems has been translated from Russian into Turkish. In the last and fourth chapter, post-independence Kazakhstan politics and the diplomatic achievements of Olcas Suleimanov have been discussed. Keywords: Olcas Suleimanov, Kazakh Literature, Az i Ya
