Collusion and reduction in the agreement for lifelong support

In this study, 6098 numbered Turkish Code of Obligations. The agreement for lifelong support, which is regulated between the provisions of 611-619, was mentioned and the ıssues regarding the collusion and reduction of this contract were examined. In this context, the purpose of making the agreement for lifelong support as a collusion, the claims that people who suffered from such a transaction can claim and the problem of proof were discussed. The reduction requests of the inheritors with the reserved shares were violeted due to the agreement for lifelong support were mentioned, the provisions applied and the effects of the decision made as a result of the lawsuit were examined. In practice, the annulment action and the reduction case based on the reason that the agreement for lifelong support was filed in a collusion manner was handled together, and the search for a solution to this issue, which is up-to-date and often leads to disputes, has been included.
