According to the the Ten Commandments Judaism, they are the most important commandments which are believed to be written by God herself and given to the Children of Israel through Prophet Moses. So much, the Jews stand up out of respect while reading the ten commandments. Because these orders are a summary of the 613 commandments in the jewish shari'a. In this study, it has been tried to determine the Ten Commandments and prohibitions in the Torah in an impartial and objective way, based on the Torah and Talmud, which are the main sources of the Jews. In addition, these orders were made in some comments based on Jewish sources. In order to determine the eguivalent of the Ten Commandments in the Qur'an, it was tried to be determined by referring to the Qur'an itself. Beside this, some comments were made based on the Suunh (Sünnet) and tafsir sources. In addition, it has been tried to be discussed in a comparative way about how these Ten Commandments are considered in the Jewish tradition and the Islamic tradition.
