Optimization techniques in mechanical engineering

This study contains wide literature research of optimization techniques and has mainly fourdivision.In first chapter , histrocial changes and other chapters has been mentioned briefly.The second chapter is about design optimization and its main concepts. First of all a generaldesign optimization model will be described. Local and global minumum will be discussedand a solution for design optimization model will be studied.As there are many studies about shape design sensivity analysis the third chapter will be aboutshape design analysis and optimization.In last chapter topology optimization will be mentioned in all aspects with many cases andmain aim of this study will be summarized.
