Abstract (EN)
Key words: Orcad Capture, pspice, schematic, buck convertor, rectifier, regülation, opamp Pspice Simulator is a circuit analyse program that is used to simulate the circuit by using software. It has been put pressure on mixed circuits simulation. In next years Cadence Orcad company has advanced pspice and producted schematic version. The most important advantage of schematic version is set up circuits with circuit parts and without long software expressions. This thesis work is comprised of seven chapters. In the first chapter, some information about simulation is provided. In the second chapter, Orcad Pspice simulator used in the work is presented. In the third chapter, the dreamweaver program used in the design of the interface of the virtual laboratory is mentioned. The fourth, fifth and sixth chapters, which constitute the bulk of the work, include the circuit schematics and experimental folios of the developed nine power semiconductor experiments intended to be used in a virtual environment. In the last chapter results and suggestions are provided. In addition, for applying experiments in laboratory a cd has prepared and an opening screen has built by using dreamweaver program. In this opening screen, there are documents and In application, the opening screen has designated for user by using dreamweaver shareware version . In the opening screen Links have been put into circuit applications and documents about experiments .
