Özet (EN)

This study is 2009-2010 growing season of horticultural breeding field in Faculty of Cukurova University, Adana bound up in İsmailiye village due to the application of the special provincial administrations were greenhouses. Jumbo and Chester Thornless blackberry varieties of the experiment were used. The experiments of steel and seedlings were examined in two phases. Steel phase steels (1:1 ratio) were planted in violet with perlite + farmyard manure compost. Seedling stage, plants (1:1:1 ratio) and sand + soil + farmyard manure (1:1:1 ratio) of organic peat + perlite + organic farm manure were transplanted into tubes. Control, Bio-one and B5A of applications in steel and seedling growth parameters were researched with using Bioneem bacteria. 3 months after planting phase steels Steel retention rate and the amount of dry matter were examined. In seedlings of the number of shoots, shoot length, stem thickness, leaf area, dry matter content and marketable percent of young trees seedlings were analyzed.
