Özet (EN)
This study was carried out in the traditional and organic conditions of Izmir thyme (Origanum onites L.) which was cultivated in the Kabalar of Çal District of Denizli province. (June-July 2016 ) in the plant samples taken during the flowering period, macro and micro elements and soil samples taken to represent experimental land (0-30cm) were carried out. In addition, sampling was carried out to make volatile oil analyzes. According to soil analysis, the soil reaction (pH) of traditionally grown Gardens was found to be slightly lower than organic gardens. Lime amounts of all gardens (% CaCO3) were determined between moderate lime and excess lime and organic matter amounts were found to be in very little or little class. Since salinity is below 0.15%, salinity is out of the question. Soils generally have tinned structure. Organic and traditional gardens are often found to be less class in terms of phosphorus and potassium. According to leaf analysis; organic and conventional cultivation nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the general part of the deficiency and inadequate amounts were determined. It has been found that the calcium element is inadequate and high in traditional gardens and that a large portion of it is sufficient in organic gardens. When we look at the distribution of magnesium in traditional gardens, deficiency and adequate, organic gardens are sufficient in most. In terms of micro elements, it has been determined that all the gardens are in sufficient and high class. In other studies with volatile fatty acids, it was observed that those of the same species were parallel and close to our study results and that those of different types showed close values.
