Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine the yield and quality criteria of Öküzgözü, Boğazkere and Şire grape types grown in Diyarbakır with organic and conventional methods. Yield, cluster, grain and stum have been investigated in order to compare the varieties with each other through organic and conventional applications. As a result of the research, statistically significant differences were found between characteristics examined both according to the varieties and the applications. It was determined that the weight of the bunch ranged between 329.30 grams (Boğazkere) and 172.80 grams (Şire). Upon cluster characteristics examination, the highest values in bunch width were determined as 13.40 cm and 12.70 cm in Boğazkere grape type in conventional and organic applications. When grain characteristics were examined it was found that 100 grain weight varied between 639.70 g (Boğazkere) and 214.20 g (Şire), the average grain width values were between 19.24 mm and 12.14 mm, the average grain size values were determined to be between 21.64 mm and 15.33 mm, and the highest grain size values were found in Boğazkere (420.72, 396.22 respectively) and the lowest value was found in Şire (205.29, 185.35 respectively). When the characteristics of stum of grape types were examined; of the grapes obtained by the organic farming applications and the conventional agricultural techniques; it was determined that the highest Total Soluble Solids Content (TSSC) values were in Boğazkere (24.60% - 27.73%) and the highest acidity values were in Şire (0.381 g / l - 0.387 g / l). Having the same pH value, Öküzgözü and Boğazkere types had the highest value with 3.77 pH, and when the maturity index values were compared it was determined that the highest values were obtained from Boğazkere (66.37 TTSC / acidity - 68.20 TTSC/ acidity). When the yield values of the varieties were compared; it was determined that the highest vine yield and highest decare yield were obtained from Boğazkere (13.35 kg - 1924 kg / daa). The lowest values were obtained from Şire (6.62 kg - 564.62). According to the results of the research, it was determined that the vine yield varied between 6.62 kg - 13.35 kg and the yield per decare was between 564 kg - 1924.75 kg.
