A socialogical research on organical agriculture and nourishment markets

The global companies have start producing products with GDO as result of not being able to fulfill the need of nourishment of gradually increasing population. However, this system – which is depending on gaining more crops within shorter period- has produced solutions about nourisment but at the same time it rendered soil and people more addictive to themselves. While educational level rising, awareness also increased about harms of products with GDO to human health so that heading towards organic products has increased too. Within this study tried to explain the factors which are heading society towards using organic products and put emphasis on processes which are taking the societies to organical agriculture. In this respect had put emphasis on status of organical agriculture and organical nourishment markets and analysed the place of organical agriculture -which emerged with influence of globalisation- in society.
