Marketing of the organic agriculture products and applications

While population and industrialization have been growing rapidly in theworld, they have brought the problems related to health of human and theenvironment together with them. One of the most significant of these problemsis the widespread use of various chemicals in agriculture in order to obtain theincrease in production and to meet the demand for agricultural products.Organic Agriculture is a production method that is used to protect humanhealth & the environment, and to reduce the problems which stam from usingchemicals. In this method; no chemical substances are used and fromproduction to consumption every stage of the organic agriculture is certificatedand under control.In this study, the development of organic agriculture which has gainedmore importance in recent years in the world and Turkey and the marketing oforganic agriculture products have been examined. Consumer preferences,distribution channels of the organic agriculture products and market sizes ofthe organic agriculture products have been researched in the world and Turkey.In marketing of the organic agriculture products, determining the targetmarket about organic agriculture products and the marketing mix of organicagriculture products have been examined.
