Relationship between organization and productivity sample analysis: Productivity measurement on Freebird airlines

This study is an indicator to answer "How can we make a productivity measurement in service sector?". The study consists of four chapters. First chapter deals with organization and management consepts, the second shows that the productivity and productivity measurement concepts, the third concerns with airline passenger carrier sector and about sample company.
