Abstract (EN)
Every industrial and commercial institution, either at the stage of investment or under the operating conditions, searches ways of existing with minimum costs due to exponential competition influences. In addition to profiting from the advantages of being gathered at the industrial zone, there are important parameters for minimizing the investments of cogeneration plants which are planned to set up in order to serve for the institutions that want to benefit from the cogeneration systems. In addition to the developing technological instruments and investments, it carries with the terminologies and concepts with their methodologies. For this reason; Linear Programming and Network Problem solving techniques, which are used to solve mathematical formulas, is the methodology that gives the optimum solutions about the minimum cost subjects in order to survive under competitive market conditions. In this study, it is aimed to reach the solution of setting the vapour distribution lines with minimum costs along the distribution route for a Cogeneration Power Station which is planned to distribute vapour to the customers with the known capacities and consumptions in an industrial zone by determining required the parameters. For this purpose, firstly concept of Cogeneration is examined, then parameters that are required for the design of vapour lines are discussed, and finally network analysis and optimisation solution techniques are mentioned. As a result; the distribution route which will be constructed for the customers of Uak Industrial Zone and its location with the most suitable and low-cost vapour distribution are determined. As a result, costs of mounting this power station and determining the distribution route with and without making optimisation comparative studies are given.
