Özet (EN)

In this study, which is a widely used organophosphate intoxication and biochemical changes caused by malatyonun Royal Jelly to determine the preventive and curative properties. For this study, the experimental rats were divided into 6 groups. Sham group (group 1) injection of any substance made to rats. Individuals (Group 2) The rats are used as carriers chemicals (methyl cellulose, DMSO, PBS) was applied. malathion group (group 3) subcutaneous administration to rats, 0.8 g/kg dose was injected malathion. Royal Jelly group (group 4) rats, 100 mg/kg was given by gavage Royal Jelly. Royal Jelly+OP group (group 5) rats, subcutaneously 0.8 g/kg 1 hour before the injection of malathion Royal Jelly 100 mg/kg administered by gavage. OP + Royal Jelly group (group 6) subcutaneously in rats, 0.8 g/kg dose of 1 hour after injection of malatyonun Royal Jelly 100 mg/kg administered by gavage. Plasma, liver, kidney and brain MDA concentrations of malathion groups were found statistical significance (p<0.05) in high levels compared to other groups. GSH concentrations in erythrocytes, liver and kidney of malathion group showed a decrease (p<0.05) compared to control and sham group. CAT concentration of the malathion group, erythrocyte, liver, kidney, and brain levels compared to the sham and control groups (p<0.05) decreased. RJ+ Malathion, Malathion+ RJ groups and the erythrocyte, liver, kidney, and brain CAT concentrations was significantly (p<0.05) increased compared with malathion group. Malathion group, plasma, liver, NO concentrations compared to control groups, while plasma and liver protective and therapeutic groups was significantly (p<0.05) were decreased. Serum SOD concentrations of malathion group a significant decrease (p <0.05) showed in the therapeutic and protective groups, the SOD concentration values compared to other groups (p <0.05) increase in the has been demonstrated. Serum concentration of acetylcholinesterase malathion group were found to be decreased (p<0.05) compared to the sham and control groups. Serum concentration of acetylcholinesterase in RJ+Malathion, Malathion+RJ groups were showed significantly (p<0.05) increased compared to malathion group. As a result of these findings, it can be said that malathion can caused oxidative stress on blood, liver, kidney, and brain tissues. Malathion against oxidative stress caused by the royal jelly could be used as both preventive and curative. Key Words: Apitherapy, Royal Jelly, Pesticides, Malatyon, Free radicals, Oxidative stress, Antioxidants
