Relationship between organization safety climate, work autonomy, emotional intelligence, smart simplicty, personality and a research

Today's competitive environment has made organizational behavior models a very important issue in health institutions. In other words, organizational management is oriented towards current approaches, which have an important place especially in the field of human resources. As a current approach, variables such as organizational safety climate, work autonomy, emotional intelligence, smart simplicity and personalty make some difference. In the thesis, relations between organizational safety climate, business autonomy, emotional intelligence, smart simplicity and personality were investigated. In the first part of the thesis there is a detailed literature survey on the introduction part of the thesis study and in the second part on the research variables. In this section the variables are introduced and the studies related to the variables are given. In the third part of the thesis, a research analysis with the participation of hospital staff was included. In this section, the research model, research hypotheses and data analyzes are detailed. In the last part, research results are included.
