Abstract (EN)

Organizational climate which explains workers considering important to organization; and burn out which affects workers? job performance, productivity, cause of leaving job; are appreciated.This research is done with 385 office workers that employed in the public organizations in Izmir, by questionnaire method for determining the correlation between organizational climate and burn out.As a result of study, Office workers are satisfied organizational climate and the level of their burn out is low. Between the office workers? sex and level of burn out there are no differences. However, while office workers? work experience, level of satisfaction from organizational climate rise. Also, while office workers? work experience, level of burn out decrease. There is a connection between the education and the level of organizational climate but there is no connection between the education and the level of burn out. In addition, when the period of service rise, the level of organizational climate rise, too. And when the period of service rise, the level of burn out decrease.
