Abstract (EN)

Definition of corporate culture with organizational culture, organizational culture, or in other words, such as definitions of corporate culture was frequently raised by various authors. Cultural degeneration in recent years has become the main problem of the society in which individualism and egoism is quickly isolate deformed. Institutional structures that hold the individual culture of corruption in recent years have begun to develop the concept of corporate culture in the face to get the front of this corruption. Rapid change and determining the level of institutions in the health sector within the corporate culture transformation and must be determined. Diyarbakir and the region's most well-established health care provider Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in response to employees' corporate culture thesis prepared for the size of 314 health professionals to questions related to corporate culture were investigated. 7 A total of 27 questions were asked of respondents in the survey questionnaire including demographic questions. Survey responses were obtained by installing the PASW Statistics 18 program results.
