Abstract (EN)

Organizational culture is very important for organizations and has a critical role for organizations to be successful. Organizational culture of institutions creates the working environment and directly affects the way and capacity of employees to do business. The psychology, motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and productivity capacity of the human resource in the institution are regulated according to the corporate culture in the institution. Like societies, organizations also have unique behavioral patterns, beliefs and values. The sum of these values, which gives personality to organizations and determines management styles, is called organizational culture. Job satisfaction seriously affects the psychological, economic and social lives of individuals. High job satisfaction causes people to feel happier and to do their jobs with more pleasure. This situation contributes positively to the growth of organizations by reflecting positively on both the performance of the employees and the success of the business. On the other hand, organizational commitment is a concept closely related to people's feelings and thoughts. Studies have shown that organizations that fail to motivate employees have negative consequences among employees. The recent development of the Turkish banking sector is a clear reality. With the development of technology, the use of smart phones by almost everyone in the society and the parallel adoption of digital banking by the society compared to the past also contributed to this growth. In this case, the most important thing that distinguishes banks from each other in terms of functionality will be service quality, customer-oriented approach and employee approach that will make a difference. In this case, it is understood how important employee satisfaction and organizational commitment are. Considering that organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are among the important issues in every organization, a research topic has been adopted in this study. This study aims to determine the job satisfaction and organizational culture of private bank employees serving in Eskişehir and the effect of this relationship on organizational commitment. The sample of the study consists of at least 156 bank employees selected by random sampling method among those working at the private bank in Eskişehir. The necessary data and information in the research are collected using the questionnaire method, and there are 60 questions in total in the prepared questionnaire. The study will be carried out within the limitation of private bank employees operating in Eskişehir. The effect of the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture on job satisfaction is higher than the effect of the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment (76%). It has been determined that the job satisfaction and organizational culture levels of the bank employees affect the organizational commitment levels positively. Accordingly, organizational culture and job satisfaction levels of bank employees were found to have an effect on organizational commitment.
