Abstract (EN)
The aim of the business enterprises is to sustain the production activities which yield a profit. As for health service, it is to provide efficient, fruitful and high quality service. Health enterprises are public institutes which produce and provide services. In this sense, they do not have a manufacturing structure as the business enterprises producing goods do. In spite of the fact that organizational culture has an important feature to lead the enterprises and institutions to success, to bring the conduct of the directors and the personnel under control, and when necessary to motivate their behaviours, it is seen that the 'health care personnel excluding medical doctors' are not motivated via performance-based salary system in our country. Within this scope, the aim of this study is to search the organisational culture in the health care service personnel. In the first section of the study, the organisational culture along with the conceptual properties are dealt with broadly. In the end of the section, the structure and working principles of the health care service, which is a public service, are analysed in terms of organisational culture. In the second section of the study, the relation of the organisational culture with similar concepts and communication in the health care service personnel are dealt with thoroughly. In whole of the study, by using historical method and literature review method, a theoretic study has been made utilising the professional knowledge, experience and observations in the relevant sections. Because it is not attainable to a sufficient study on the organisational culture and health care personnel, uncertainty of the subject is ongoing.
