Abstract (EN)
Today, the business world has become difficult for employers and employees due to competitive conditions and advanced technology. In this case, employers understood that investing in people is the right target to connect their employees to the institutions they work for and to increase their job satisfaction. As it is in all sectors, in order to provide the necessary dynamics in the stressful working environment in the health sector, to eliminate the factors elements that affect the commitment of individuals' elements in which the employer has a minimum impact, the value of organizational commitment has been understood with the effect of correct communication within the organization, and the studies for this purpose have provided positive recoveries. The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. In the research, questionnaire technique was used as data collection method. As a result of the study conducted on 195 people working in a private hospital, the highest scores were obtained in the levels of emotional commitment and internal satisfaction. Emotional commitment and normative commitment were found to have a high effect on internal and external satisfaction. On the other hand, it has been determined that employee commitment differs according to demographic characteristics, but job satisfaction shows no difference among employees.
