Abstract (EN)
This study emphasizes the importance of motivation and productivity for health care workers. Since they're concerned with healthcare professionals, their mission is vital to human life. In this regard, it is understood that in the service offered to patients and patient relatives motivated employees are highly required. Therefore, the factors that affect the motivation and efficiency are pointed in this study. As motivation is a function of productivity, there is a positive relationship between them. This relationship points out the importance of human factor and the harmony of the aims of motivation in health institutions. In this sence the hospital management has a vital role, in identifying the motivation factors that effect the health care workers. When all these factors are taken into consideration, patients and their relatives may be more sympathetic to health care workers.
