Abstract (EN)

In continuously changing world, the organizations go towards applyingchanges in their structure and processes by re-organization in order to adaptthemselves to the new world?s conditions and have a place in the newenvironment formed.While the re-organization that the organization undergoes, changesthe structure and processes of the organization, it also affects organizationalbehavior of the organization. The organizational behavior that is affected bythe re-organization process must not be ignored by the management thatwants re-organization process be successful and necessary approach has tobe followed for gaining the support of employees for the re-organizationprocess.In this thesis in which organizational behavior in re-organizationprocess is examined, firstly, the re-organization concept that has severaldefinitions in literature has been examined. Then, organizational behaviorconcept and organizational behavior dimensions of motivation, groupdynamics, organizational commitment, organizational conflict andorganizational change that are expected to be affected by re-organizationprocess have been explained.By the survey conducted in General Directorate of Halkbank, it wasintended to learn how well re-organization is known by the employees and itwas aimed to determine the attitudes of employees about the organizationalbehavior dimensions of motivation, group dynamics, organizationalcommitment, organizational conflict and organizational change and thereforeto determine the effect of re-organization period on organizational behavior.The attitudes of employees, who are in the coverage of survey, for theselected dimensions of organizational behavior, have provided informationabout the effect of the re-organization on organizational behavior.
