Abstract (EN)
Glass ceiling syndrome is becoming more and more important as a result of women feeling more at work. However, the concept of perceived organizational justice, which is another variant of research, is also quite high in terms of businesses. In this context, the aim of the research is to explain the relationship between the glass ceiling celadon and perceived organizational justice at the same time the interests of business life are of practical benefit. 523 questionnaires were collected from female employees of the hotels operating in Istanbul to explain the relationship between the two variables. It was decided that 497 of these questionnaires could be used within the scope of the research. The collected questionnaires were analyzed with the help of SPSS package program on the basis of demographic variables. Subsequently, participants were tested for differences in marital status, age groups and educational backgrounds for organizational justice and glass ceiling perceptions. Finally, a correlation analysis was conducted to explain the participants' relationship between glass ceiling perceptions and organizational justice perceptions.
