Özet (EN)

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of organizational justice and job satisfaction on health. During this study, the literature was reviewed with the historical method and health workers were compared using. As a result of the literatüre evaluation; is concluded that female health workers' perception of organizational justice is lower than that of the male health workers, that being exposed to violence lowered the perception of organizational justice, that there was a parallel relationship between leaving the job and the perception of organizational justice, Job satisfaction increase with age, that personal characteristics, educational level, and working environment and conditions affected job satisfaction, and that job satisfaction would increase as wage levels and working hours increased. On the other hand, it is not decided whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction and gender. Keywords : Organizational justice, job satisfaction, health workers
