Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the perception of organizational justice (OJ), perception of trust in supervisor (TS) and perception of trust in organization (TO) to the organizational citizenship behaviours (OCB) of employees of the Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports (GHSİM) that is a provincial organization of the SGM (Sports General Directorate). The universe of the study is 6108 GHSİM employees working in 81 provinces. The sample of the study is 1336 GHSİM employees (961 of men and 375 of women) who are randomly selected from 49 provinces. Data was collected through OJ scale consisting of 19 questions, TS scale consisting of 16 questions, TO scale consisting of 21 questions and OCB scale consisting of 20 questions. All the scales were in the 5-point Likert-Scale format. In addition to the reliability test to analyze the data, frequency and percentage analysis from the descriptive statistical techniques and simple and multiple linear regression analysis were used for the relational analysis. Results revealed that OJ, TS and TO perceptions were siginificantly and moderatally related to the dimensions of the OCB (p<0.001) and the dimensions of the OCB were fully predicted by OJ and TO perceptions, and partially predicted by TS perception(p<0.001). However, TS did not predict the sportsmanship dimension of the OCB (p>0.05). The results of the study revealed that employees' perceptions of OJ, TS and TO are the predictor variables in OCB. For his reason; in order to increase employees' perception of justice and trust in organization, it is recommended that organization and supervisors of the organization should behave employees fairly and equally at every stage of the administrative process when applying the laws and regulations. Key Words: GHSİM, Organizational Justice, Trust in Supervisor, Trust in Organization, Organizational Citizenship.
