The role of strategic leadership in achieving the organizational justice

Research has consistently shown that employees who work under competent strategic leaders tend to have a greater sense of fairness. However, only a few studies have been performed to examine those who experienced justice. The current study seeks to investigate the connection between Organizational Justice and Strategic Leadership at an Iraqi private university (Al Turath). The current study has been carried out via a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 250 employees, all of whom work at the mentioned university. The target population of the study included senior managers, middle managers, and administrative staff. The study findings showed a statistically significant positive relationship between Organizational Justice and all Strategic Leadership practices. These results indicate that the Iraqi private university (Al Turath) have competent strategic leaders and that the research community has a firm understanding of the idea of Organizational Justice. In the final section, we discuss the study, conclusions, practical implications, recommendations, and future projects.
